About Angels Heart and Hands

Hi, I’m Angel.
Angels Heart and Hands Doula Services was created from my deep desire to support moms and babies through one of the most beautiful—and challenging—times in life. I’ve always felt a strong connection to mothers and little ones; for a while, I even considered becoming a pediatrician. But after having two children of my own, I knew my heart was in helping others navigate their own motherhood journeys.

I’m a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula.
As your Birth Doula, my role is to ensure that you and your partner feel fully supported, informed, and empowered—so you can make confident decisions and have the best possible birth experience.
As your Postpartum Doula, I focus on helping your new family settle in with care, education, and the nurturing support needed for healing, bonding, and rest.

I’m also a Lactation Education Specialist and passionate about supporting breastfeeding. Whether it’s getting started, maintaining supply, or navigating the transition back to work, I’m here to help you meet your feeding goals with encouragement and practical solutions.

My approach is rooted in creativity, empathy, and problem-solving. When I had my first baby over 20 years ago, I found myself inventing solutions—like DIY Velcro swaddles and hands-free pumping bras—because what I needed simply didn’t exist yet. That same resourcefulness is what I bring to every family I work with.

Whatever challenges you’re facing in this season of motherhood, I’m here to help you find a way through—with “heart and hands” ready to support.
